Place Stochastic Oscillator Indicator on Gold Chart on MetaTrader 4

How to Place XAUUSD Technical Indicators on MetaTrader 4 XAUUSD Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open the Navigator window as illustrated and shown below - Go to "View" menu (then click) & then select "Navigator" window (click), or From the Standard Tool Bar click the "Navigator" button key or press short cut keyboard keys "Ctrl+N"

On the Navigator window, choose 'Technical Indicators', (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the Gold Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand the menu by clicking the expand button marker (+) or doubleclick the "indicators" menu, after this the button will then now appear as (-) & will now be shown as a list as displayed below.

From the Above window you can then place any technical indicator that you want on the XAUUSD chart.

Placing Stochastic Indicator on Chart

Step 1: Select the Stochastic Oscillator button on the MetaTrader 4 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Double click the Stochastic Technical Indicator Button Key, and click okay to attach the technical indicator on chart as illustrated & shown below:

Edit Technical Indicator Settings

To Adjust the Settings, right click on the Technical Indicator, select properties settings & then edit the properties using the pop up menu that appears and then click ok button after you change settings.

The following pop up window appears & the gold technical technical indicator settings can be edited from this popup window.
