The Sub Menu, within the MT4 Stocks Indicators Insert Menu can be used to place these MetaTrader 4 Stocks Indicators on a stocks chart by selecting and then clicking on the MT4 Stock Chart Indicator to place it on the stock chart.
Once you click on an MT4 stocks trading technical indicator the following popup will appear:
As a stocks trader you can just click the "OK" button to place the MT4 Stock Indicator on the stock chart.

A level can also be added by selecting the "Levels" button as shown below:
