MetaTrader 4 Live Charts

Once you have opened a practice stock indices account the next step is to open a Stock Indices chart so as to start stock indices.

For this stock indices example let's start with a blank screen on the MetaTrader 4 stock indices platform interface.

To open a new stock indices chart from the stock indices example illustrated below, click the "File" tab at the top left corner of MetaTrader 4 platform as shown below, then select the option "New Chart".

After clicking "New Chart" a dropdown menu will appear with a list of stock indices instruments that as a trader you can choose which stock indices chart to open. For example the first stock indices instrument in the selection is the Stock Indices, clicking Stock Indices Trading will open the stock index chart for this stock indices.

The following stock indices chart will then be opened in MetaTrader 4 platform as displayed below.

As a trader you can maximize the stock index chart as shown below and you can then open stock index trades from the stock index charts or you can place technical analysis stock indices indicators to analyze the stock index price movement.

This is how to open a new stock indices chart on the stock indices platform. You can open as many stock indices trading charts as possible and these will be arranged in form of chart tabs & you can navigate using these chart tabs as shown below.
