Stock Indices Trading MetaTrader Accounts Login

Before placing any trade on the MT4 software, you will be required to login to your Stock Indices Trading MetaTrader Account & get authenticated before gaining access. Authentication is checking to see if the details you provide for User-name and Password are the correct details for your Stock Indices TradingMetaTrader Account.

To start trading on MetaTrader 4, just click on "File", then choose & click "Sign in" button from the file drop-down menu as displayed below.

As a trader once you click this login button key, then a pop up will appear prompting you to type your Username and Password as shown & illustrated below:

Once you in put your Username and Password you will then have to choose the server: because this is a demo stock index trading account, for this instance you will then choose "Demo", if it was a real Stock Indices Trading MetaTrader account/live stock index trading account then you would have to select "Real" Server on this option by clicking the dropdown arrow on the right side of the above text box.

Then tick the box "Save Account Information"

Then Click 'Sign in'

Once you click sign in your details will be authenticated and you will then have access to your MT4 stock indices account and when logged in to your stock indices MetaTrader account you can start to trade & place new trade orders in the stock indices market in MetaTrader 4 platform. If you do not have Stock Indices Trading MetaTrader Account login details you can get these details by registering a practice trading account with a MetaTrader broker.

Once you sign in you can then check your stock indices account balance and set up your stock index trades. To know that you have logged in to the correct Stock Indices Trading MetaTrader Account you can check the details as illustrated below: (You'll need to open Navigator Window Panel: Key board Short-Cut Keys, Press Both CTRL+N on your key-board)

The above example Shows the details of your MT4 demo stock indices account on the Indices trade platform work-space after you have logged in, whether it is a practice stock indices account or a live account as well as the account sign in number & the account name.

A demo stock indices account will have a green cartoon icon while live stock index trading account will have a stock indices trading cartoon icon, when you open a live account you will know what this statement is talking about. Just know in the above picture where there is a green cartoon you'll now see a Stock Indices Trading Cartoon.

If you have many Stock Indices Trading MetaTrader Accounts on the same MetaTrader 4 platform, these will all be listed on this option, you can double click on the cartoon icon to select the one you want to login to from this place.
