Changing Language of MetaTrader 4 Platform
In MT4 'View' menu, the first option in this drop-down list is the Languages Button which can be used to change the language of the MetaTrader 4 Software.

To download a MT4 software pre-installed with your native language you as a trader can visit any of a brokers' web site & choose the option of a language that is translated into your native language and download the MT4 from any of these web sites.
From above Languages option a forex trader can translate the MT4 workspace into the following languages:
Portuguese, German, Turkish, Greek, Swedish, Japanese, Chinese, Polish, Russian, Vietnamese, Italian, Serbian, Hungarian, Mongolian, Latvian, French, Czech, Korean, Farsi and other languages included on this list.
